My Philosophy


A well nourished person feels well, looks good, has endless energy and is able to cope with life’s ups and downs!

I believe in providing clients with personal nutritional advice, which is practical and achievable and is based upon an individual’s needs & lifestyle.  When you take control of your life, you feel good, you look good, you have an endless supply of energy and you’re also able to gain greater control of your moods and energy levels.

Woman multitaskingThe word “diet”, which should mean our energy intake has come to be synonymous with the word “deprivation” and the diets that most people try are so restrictive and unappealing, they simply can’t wait to lose the weight and get on with normal life; but when they begin to eat “normally” again, they tend to put all the weight back on and more.  Weight management has to be for life and that means providing and empowering people with advice, information and guidance, so that they are aware of what they’re eating and why.

Change can be challenging, but it allows us to achieve our goals and be more than we are or ever thought that we could be; but unless we change and do things differently, we can’t expect to get different results.  You know this, you’ve tried all the diets, you’ve literally starved yourself and still you’re not where you want to be, so it has to be time for change – this is the quality of your life we’re talking about here!

Eating well & eating healthily which includes the foods we enjoy, it has to be a way of life!
